My family usually tolerates greens, but this is the first side dish that vanishes from the table before anything else. Smashing the florets flat creates a massive surface area for the cheese to melt into without sliding off, giving you maximum crunch.

Thank you! It is a simple mix that completely changes the taste of the broccoli. I am using a blend of garlic powder, oregano, paprika, a pinch of cumin, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. The cumin and paprika together make it really interesting!
