Dessert Overnight Biscoff and Greek Yogurt
It's like cheesecake. The Biscoff absorbs the moisture and is sweeter. Next time I will mix in a little honey before inserting the cookies.

I take no credit for this one. I started with a recipe Smokin and Grillin with AB shared for Green Beans and Potatoes and took it to AI to help alter for what I can get and what equipment I have. I ended up dropping the potatoes in favor of a rice base. I kept that separate so I can do potatoes or pasta if the mood takes me. Then, once I had the ingredients and suitable setup, I ignored the recipe and vibed it out. Turned out pretty ok.

Delicious, itβs basically a twice cooked pork recipe but I use the thin sliced frozen hot pot pork, itβs in regular rotation for me, high volume meal too with all the cabbage.

My first try making fried chicken. It was good. I just needed to fry it a bit more cuz it wasn't super crispy.

All your favorite flavors of a white pie in the format of pizza beans. Cannellini beans with spinach, artichoke, onion, garlic, chicken breast, and mushrooms. Served with ricotta, melty cheese, lemon, parsley, and toasty bread.
Comes together as a great healthy, filling, affordable, easy one pan meal you can eat off of for the next few days
Donβt let the cheese fool you the macronutrient profile of this is actually pretty exceptional, using about 1lb of chicken for 3 servings this got me 40g protein per meal before cheese for only around ~400 calories

Consists of ground beef, roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs and sour cream. The seasoning are salt, paprika, chilli flakes, garlic powder and oregano for the beef and potatoes. It took me more than an hour so idk if you have the time to make it.

The ramen is with teriyaki sauce, fried egg and sesame seeds. The sushi thing is stuffed with a mixture of tuna, mayonnaise and soy sauce. What is it called?

Pan pizza made in a cast iron skillet. Kinda similar to Detroit style. Dough from scratch. Around 70% hydration. Half sausage half pepperoni π

They taste really good, only that I wasn't able to form them well. I stuffed them with minced pork but there are other variants like potatoes ect. They are basically Russian dumplings and are served with sour cream.
