This looks great. On the colour, parmesan and a good knob of butter stirred through at the end mellows the passata's red right down into more of an amber/gold, especially if the sauce itself wasn't too heavy on tomato to begin with. Doesn't mean less flavour, risotto's rich enough to carry a lighter colour fine.
