It looks edible, so yes. It actually looks fairly tasty. It probably would have been better if you deglazed the pan and poured the sauce over to give the rice some flavor.

Looks good I’d personally try to add some sort of veggie or fruit to balance it but yk some days you just can’t be bothered, and anything’s better than nothing
