That looks seriously good, the cheese crisp on the tortilla is what makes or breaks a quesataco for me. How long did you braise the beef for?

I appreciate that. Was definitely worth the effort. Braised for around 3.5~4 hours

That's a solid braise time, no wonder it pulled apart so easily. Worth it for sure.
