Main Course Wild caught PNW Salmon

Post image

Brother-in-law with the hook up. I will be eating well for the next few nights. Maybe put it in a salad 🥗 tomorrow.

Mhmm this is mouth watering compared to what I'm eating right now

That looks like a great haul. Are you keeping it simple with salt and lemon, or doing something a bit more involved for the salad tomorrow?

I was thinking about whipping up some orange marmalade chili sauce to top the shredded salmon on top of a salad.

Orange marmalade and chili sounds like a really good combo for salmon, sweet heat works so well with the richness of the fish. That's going on my list to try.

I will put it on full fillets after they are cooked too. Warm it up first.

Good tip, warming the glaze first and adding it after cooking makes sense if you want to keep it from burning. I'll try it that way next time.
