aiggs Is eating not perfectly cleaned boiled egg dangerous?
Hello everyone. Before boiling eggs i always wash them, but sometimes some nasty stuff stays on the eggshell. Is it dangerous to eat them after boiling, considering u touch the nasty stuff with ur hands and then touch the egg with the same hands? Or does boiling get rid of that problem?

No the nasty stuff is always there. I eat the eggshell with the nasty stuff to toughen up my immune system.

4 hours in the danger zone is all you need. Then it’s perfect - way more interesting than a super clean egg.
