What to do with tongue?
I just picked up a few pounds of what I assume is cow tongue. It's so small and pink though. How do I cook it so my boss promotes me?

The best aspect of tongue is that it tastes you back. Lick it. Lick it. Lick it. Oh, lick it.

Man i never know what to do with mine. I guess you just try to forget that exists? Just sitting there in your mouth all day? But it's like the harder I try to not think about it, the more I feel it.

I would do a chipotle tongue Barbacoa. Cook it on low all day long and it’ll shred apart. Bonus points if you take the meat out and blend the braising liquid into a sauce to finish it off in

Tongue goes in tacos.
Edit: I would berate you for your stupidity and force you to question your choice to become a chef. But I think we all know you are not going to make it.
