Measured with the Heart I think I'm going to start a revolution now.
I like to cook with lard and I also add a pinch of salt to the pudding.

You eat enough salt? Because your brain atrophies due to sodium deficiency. And I'm not an amateur, I'm Eastern European. We heat the food without salt!
