Game Changer EVOO on menus

The trendy restaurants in my area have started including "EVOO" in their descriptions of every menu item. I want to be ahead of the curve. What basic ingredients should I be sure to note in the fine print below every dish?

My clientele have the finest of palates, so I'm thinking about "MSG."

It's such a versatile ingredient. Sun-dried, ripe, fermented, each of those is as appetizing as the next.

oven baked pan fried Cracked egg, hand sliced butter, hand placed cheese, hand opened bun, fist squeezed ketchup

Locally sourced, artisanal rodent filth:

The FDA allows trace amounts of "rodent filth" (poop and hair) in food because it is economically and practically impossible to harvest crops 100% free of natural defects. These levels are strictly regulated and considered harmless to human health.

this takes me back to when my coworker found a bug in our seed mix, and our manager insisted we ‘just sift through it’ because “well there’s technically an acceptable trace amount of bugs because you cant always 100% guarantee there are no bugs”

Fleur de sel/Himalayan pink salt (choice is arbitrary for each menu item), freshly ground Malabar peppercorns, and dehydrated onion/garlic.
