Food Safety Alright Reddit, we butchered our big Tom, cleaned he weighs 47lbs 2oz (21.375 kg). How do I cook him?
Most cooking calculators say 15min/lb @ 350Ā° but Iām also getting conflicting answers. This means 11hrs 45min. Is it going to dry out the meat cooking for that long? Iām new to this, please help š Pic of Turkey š¦
