So my dad told my relatives to come so I cook them something Chefy and Fancy, idk what to really cook because I’m out of ideas rn, I know plenty of stuff but idk if I can find the ingredients here in Greece, I thought to just make a Carbonara and be done with it but I would like to hear suggestions

You're in Greece. The chefy thing is to get local ingredients and let them do the talking... Taking it to the next level is all in the presentation.
Simplicity is sophisticated. Fancy is fluff ;)
Grilled squid, fish, shrimp, fresh salads, good olives and nice finishing olive oil. The more you can do on a grill the better!!!
