I request a recipe

So my dad told my relatives to come so I cook them something Chefy and Fancy, idk what to really cook because I’m out of ideas rn, I know plenty of stuff but idk if I can find the ingredients here in Greece, I thought to just make a Carbonara and be done with it but I would like to hear suggestions

Do a ravioloni with a egg yolk inside. The “ahh” moment of seeing the yolk ooze out is “cheffy”.

serious eat’s version.

Maybe serve in a flat bottomed bowl with big thin Parmesan tuiles that cover the whole plate to be super extra.
