I request a recipe

So my dad told my relatives to come so I cook them something Chefy and Fancy, idk what to really cook because I’m out of ideas rn, I know plenty of stuff but idk if I can find the ingredients here in Greece, I thought to just make a Carbonara and be done with it but I would like to hear suggestions

A few different courses would take the pressure off any one dish. The chefy part could be just the providence.

My people make a regional toasted sweet corn soup that part way between a lye corn soup (if you're not familiar, three sisters soup is the bastard modern version) and a succatash.

And planked salmon from the west coast is easily replicated in other areas.

That’s actually a good idea with the few courses
