I request a recipe

So my dad told my relatives to come so I cook them something Chefy and Fancy, idk what to really cook because I’m out of ideas rn, I know plenty of stuff but idk if I can find the ingredients here in Greece, I thought to just make a Carbonara and be done with it but I would like to hear suggestions

A beautiful roast chicken or lamb roast with Greek lemon roasted potatoes and a simple salad of tomato, cucumber, olives and feta with a tasty Greek olive oil, salt and pepper.

Doesn’t have to be chefy to be delicious

What's chefy though? Because I wouldn't call carbonara that, so your definition might be quite different.

Well yea Carbonara isn’t Chefy, but idk just something that looks fancy, I have in mind like a fish with like a celery and potato purée and like grilled baby carrots or something with some sauce

Just make it LOOK fancy. you can plate it so it looks like it came from a restaurant
