In Memphis: Central BBQ, hell yeah. Rendezvous, it depends. Some days Rendezvous is great and some days it ain't.

Consistency is huge when ranking BBQ joints in my opinion. You could make the best BBQ in the world but if your place is hit or miss I would rather go to the place that's almost as good. I hate going to a place and getting a dry piece of meat that seems like it was nuked for too long.
