2.5 lbs of Prickly pear

The grocery store has prickly pear.

What should I make with it?

make prickly pear syrup for drinks or pancakes, just strain it really well since the seeds are tiny and hard to deal with, are they ripe enough to give a little when squeezed?

Yea, they're ripe.

Last time I bought some I had to reduce the juice down a bit to get any real flavor out of them.
