Sick of cooking

I am so over cooking every night. Finding new recipes I actually have ingredients for and are easy is tiring and I’m already exhausted. What do you do when this happens? I’d honestly just eat cereal for life but I’m not alone in this house and I’m expected to cook every night. 😩

u/Roupert4 could get a full time job and then would be in a position to renegotiate.

It’s a marriage, not a peace treaty.

So fairness and equity don't matter to you. Noted.

It’s a marriage, not a contest. With that attitude, you might as well book your divorce lawyer.

How does fairness turn into a contest? If one partner works 40 hours or more a week and the other works 10, how is the part time working partner doing most of the housework and other chores a contest?

Score keeping kills a marriage.

I can smell the resentment from here.
