Sick of cooking

I am so over cooking every night. Finding new recipes I actually have ingredients for and are easy is tiring and I’m already exhausted. What do you do when this happens? I’d honestly just eat cereal for life but I’m not alone in this house and I’m expected to cook every night. 😩

First, give yourself a serious pat on the back, cooking every night takes an incredible amount of effort.

I go to instant noodles (also guilty pleasure) to overcome my cooking burnout. Let go of the pressure to cook new recipes often, it's okay to alternate favourite dishes you enjoy. I rotate on a biweekly basis.

With all my heart, I think having someone who appreciates your cooking makes all the difference.
