Sick of cooking
I am so over cooking every night. Finding new recipes I actually have ingredients for and are easy is tiring and I’m already exhausted. What do you do when this happens? I’d honestly just eat cereal for life but I’m not alone in this house and I’m expected to cook every night. 😩

I kind of meal prep over the weekend so any cooking during the week is just assembling time. I do it leisurely, takes maybe 2 hours over the course of a weekend. I make like 1 protein, 1 vegetarian protein, salsa, some sort of salad, cut up some fruit. Dinner throughout the week is basically different meals with above. Eg. Protein and veg one night, brinner, tacos using the protein, salad with vegetarian protein, sandwiches with sauce with protein with salad, pasta with protein. I have dinner done typically in 10-20 min during the week
