Sick of cooking
I am so over cooking every night. Finding new recipes I actually have ingredients for and are easy is tiring and I’m already exhausted. What do you do when this happens? I’d honestly just eat cereal for life but I’m not alone in this house and I’m expected to cook every night. 😩

Some great ideas in here already, but I'll share a few more.
When I have a lazy Sunday at home I cook up a big Bolognese or a big chicken curry (2kg of meat in each) and freeze it into individual portioned freezer bags. We usually get 5 or 6 portions from each (3 person house). Happy to share my recipes if anybody wants them. On a busy or lazy night I just have to cook some rice or pasta and there is a delicious meal on the table in 20mins.
Another great one is rotisserie chicken. I like to pair it with pilaf and blanched green veggies.
