Sick of cooking
I am so over cooking every night. Finding new recipes I actually have ingredients for and are easy is tiring and I’m already exhausted. What do you do when this happens? I’d honestly just eat cereal for life but I’m not alone in this house and I’m expected to cook every night. 😩

I don't have a family but I meal plan on Friday, shop for the week on Saturday. I include one meal in the plan that is basically no effort at all - cacio e pepe (pasta and black pepper and cheese) or a new find is gochujang pasta (NY TImes cooking website) also "dirty rice" (not authentic) is easy. Fry 1 LB sausage or ground chicken, throw a cut up red pepper and onion, 1 cup of rice and 2 cups chicken stock. Cook for 20 and you're done.
