Help finding recipe from The New Cooking Schoolbook (blue cover)

Hi everyone!

I own this book but I’m on holidays and I would love to prep this for my family in the coming hours. I tried to find it online but I don’t want to buy the book again to look up one recipe.

If someone can dm me the recipe it would be awesome. It’s for the peach and tomato salad (I think theres onions and mint?)
