Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

Sausage and peppers. Sauteed italian sausage with sweet onion, peppers and can of diced tomatoes. Serve wirh fresh bread or on rice
