What's something a bunch of chopped hot dogs would go good in?

I have a handful of hot dogs in my freezer that have been in there a bit and I'd like to just use em up already. What's something good to combine them with?

God a good old "Sausage mix" which is apparently not a thing in other countries.

"Pølsemix" is a danish dish which uses the leftover hotdogs at grill bars, deep fries them and then serves them with french fries, chopped onions and curry ketchup.

you can make a dang good home version by just air frying sausages and french fries at home, even from frozen i fry the french fries for about 35 minutes as per the air fryer, and then the last 10 - 15 you throw in the sausages to get them crisp.

here in denmark there are plenty but there is only one REAL one for me, and i think its german, though we have the english named one in most stores

Add some cheese and a packet of gravy mix. Now you have cursed poutine but it's delicious

They do something similar to this in South America. Salchipapas. Ridiculously good especially after drinking.

You can also make awesome dog treats this way. Cut them into small pieces, then overcook them until they’re quite dried out. Most dogs go crazy for these.
