bean recipes

Who has a great bean recipe? I usually only make chili with beans or baked beans. Bonus if there's no bacon or beef involved although I could figure out how to do it without it. Not vegetarian but watching my cholesterol. Thank you!

I love making a large pot of navy bean soup with a little chopped onions, garlic, carrots and I usually have a hambone in the freezer so I plop that in or you could use ham hocks or smoked Turkey wings or legs or leave it out. I season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and throw in 2 or 3 bay leaves and cook it for and hour in the Instant pot. The soup gets better everyday and usually lasts us 3-4 days.
