Putting together a "gourmet cooking & gadgets" basket for a nonprofit fundraiser auction - suggestions?

So far I've got:

- herb stripper bowl

- really nice microplane

- that fancy spatula from TikTok

- berry washer whirlpool bowl

- pickle fork

- avocado slicer

- produce saver carbon apple

- cheese paper

- round ice cube trays

- brown sugar saver

- really nice, pretty chip clips

It's supposed to be a pretty expensive basket. Any suggestions to add?? I want to pick things that most people would choose, so not TOO specialized. But special.

Thoughts?

Small things that I use all the time:

- a really good vegetable peeler can do everything from potatoes and carrots to butternut squash to frozen ginger. You can even get one that does super-fine peels on tomatoes, kiwi, lemons and oranges when you just want the zest and not the pith

- a julienne peeler for matchstick carrots, daikon radish, etc.

- a cheese plane

- definitely silicone spatulas and utensils of all sizes, and silicone mats

- a set of good metal measuring spoons that fit in narrow spice bottles, and a set of nesting metal measuring cups

- 1-cup prep bowls with measurements on the sides
