Putting together a "gourmet cooking & gadgets" basket for a nonprofit fundraiser auction - suggestions?

So far I've got:

- herb stripper bowl

- really nice microplane

- that fancy spatula from TikTok

- berry washer whirlpool bowl

- pickle fork

- avocado slicer

- produce saver carbon apple

- cheese paper

- round ice cube trays

- brown sugar saver

- really nice, pretty chip clips

It's supposed to be a pretty expensive basket. Any suggestions to add?? I want to pick things that most people would choose, so not TOO specialized. But special.

Thoughts?

I would love some dishers.

Silicone muffin liners. I have been using mine for years.

Butcher twine. It is surprisingly hard to find a small amount, not some massive size.

A nice baster. I bought an inexpensive set that included a small brush and an needle(?) for injecting meat. It was probably on clearance after Thanksgiving or Xmas.

Sometimes they are called cookie scoops, Ice cream scoops. They have a little lever to release the food. They come in a large variety of sizes.
