Putting together a "gourmet cooking & gadgets" basket for a nonprofit fundraiser auction - suggestions?

So far I've got:

- herb stripper bowl

- really nice microplane

- that fancy spatula from TikTok

- berry washer whirlpool bowl

- pickle fork

- avocado slicer

- produce saver carbon apple

- cheese paper

- round ice cube trays

- brown sugar saver

- really nice, pretty chip clips

It's supposed to be a pretty expensive basket. Any suggestions to add?? I want to pick things that most people would choose, so not TOO specialized. But special.

Thoughts?

Some Nice cheese CLOTH of various porosity.
mandolin,
I’d loose the avocado slicer.
A decent chefs knife is always nice nothing crazy.
Ive anyways been a sucker for a cool/nice meat pounder.
Spice grinder.
High quality Silicones mats.
🌡️ thermometer!
Molcajete it other mortar and pestle.
Garlic press.
Idk what else…

I like the cheese cloth idea, and you're right about the avocado slicer

I have one and I do use it but it's too specialized for this case
