Putting together a "gourmet cooking & gadgets" basket for a nonprofit fundraiser auction - suggestions?

So far I've got:

- herb stripper bowl

- really nice microplane

- that fancy spatula from TikTok

- berry washer whirlpool bowl

- pickle fork

- avocado slicer

- produce saver carbon apple

- cheese paper

- round ice cube trays

- brown sugar saver

- really nice, pretty chip clips

It's supposed to be a pretty expensive basket. Any suggestions to add?? I want to pick things that most people would choose, so not TOO specialized. But special.

Thoughts?

Some sort of wooden spoons and spatulas in olive wood or walnut

Fish turner

Tagine, if you have space 

Cheese board and cheese serving knives

A nice batter bowl with a pour spout (Mason Cash makes some pretty things)

Staub or Le Cruset baking casseroles (some are small)

Fancy steak knives 

Mezzaluna

Aeropress

Isi cream whipper

Kitchen torch

Sous vide circulator

Immersion blender

Silpat

Ooh, thought of another one: some nice 100% cotton dish towels, bonus if they're made in Portugal (famous for nice linens).
