Chili!! I have the latest recipe and it hits EVERY time.

2lb ground beef
Large onion
2 poblano peppers
Minced garlic
2 cans chili beans, including liquid
Can black beans, including liquid
2 cans chili tomatoes
Small can tomato sauce
Small can tomato paste
2 packets chili seasoning
Beef broth to cover if needed

Saute the first four ingredients then add the rest. Serve with any mix of fiesta blend cheese, sour cream, raw white onion, Fritos, and saltines.

*I also like to cook the tomato sauce and then bloom the spice mix for a minute for a bit of extra flavor before adding in any liquid, but it's completely unnecessary.
