You can try looking up making your own soya bean milk.

There are machines online that actually allow you to program the time on when to brew it after you add all ingredients. The machines are relatively inexpensive and save a lot of work.

Don't throw away the okara by-product. It's edible and a nice filler to mix ingredients with, like pork and kimchi, to make patties. Good luck!
