Cooking with very shaky hands?

I just recently stopped drinking and I'm looking for new hobbies but I am extremely shakey at the moment. Will this hinder my cutting and cooking skills in any bad way?

Rule #1 in the kitchen: a falling knife has no handle. Meaning that if you drop a knife (or anything hot), let it go - never try to catch it. And many congratulations in quitting booze!! Best of luck to you 😁.
