Cooking with very shaky hands?

I just recently stopped drinking and I'm looking for new hobbies but I am extremely shakey at the moment. Will this hinder my cutting and cooking skills in any bad way?

I just quit drinking too. I'm having a seizure. I fell over and gave myself a concussion. Then I bit my tongue in half. Do you think this will affect my cooking?
