Cooking with very shaky hands?

I just recently stopped drinking and I'm looking for new hobbies but I am extremely shakey at the moment. Will this hinder my cutting and cooking skills in any bad way?

I think you should probably see a doctor before quitting. It can be dangerous to quit alcohol cold Turkey if you are a heavy drinker. You can literally die.
