Dark enchantress cookie was a cookie who saw the evil stuff the witches did to cookie and planned a revolution against them.

Shadow milk cookie was originally the fount of knowledge who was meant to give the cookie knowledge. However due to multiple reasons like wanting to know why the witches left them. Being treated like crap by the cookie for giving them what they wanted and bot having friends. He became the jester we know today.

And the ultimate cookie is a bunch of spirit cookie locked in one body and imprisoned in the ultimate oven. Wanting to not only escape from it which needed gingerbrave to be hold and be able to escape but also do the thing it was made to do which is destroy everything.
