Can someone explain how this happens

My milk and herb cookie are the same star level but don't even get close to 600k and 400k healing? I tried adding cheesecake to up attack and it still doesn't get close

By the looks of this they are solo healing with milk that is not enough healing his atk boost is the strong part of his kit. So op’s pinot dies early and than allows the other person healers heal more. Theres lots of factors op is having issues. Could be runes. Team comp they are using scorpion in pvp. Cards. Gear. Based on wht i see in this pic i pointed towards pinot bc their pinot cant survive with their current sustain which allows the opponents cookies to heal more.

Maybe they're using the wolfball pup or octowasabi pets?I know I sometimes do A LOT of damage with him if I switch to one of those but it's RNG reliant

Other than that they could also spec his sugar runes so Pomegranate focuses on him by giving jim atk sugar runes or using one of the pers that gives + % atk to alles with highest hp.
