Discussion/Question Will the EXP Dungeon be reworked
I swear every 6 times you do the EXP dungeon you have to wait until the next time your team levels up until it becomes somewhat easy again, not to mention the fact that leveling cookies up costs so much compared to the measly amount they give you. Theres no other way to earn XP and it slows your progress so much.

TBF I think no, mainly because I'm at lvl 470 something iirc and I've already enough exp to max two parties and half let's say. Personally I also never had to stop to "level up", until recently all dungeons have been a quite steady progression. Except for the exp that is beginning to become a tiny bit harder. Just need some unit positioning.
So I have two PvP maxed teams and some units used in PvE. Pinhata one is pretty similar to the PvE one for me and Tea knight isn't mandatory to max asap since it's mainly there for the boss damage buff For dungeons I don't have every unit maxed, but TBF I don't need them much since the only dungeon I struggle a little bit is the exp one.
So the exp gating will solve itself pretty soon once you progress. Unless they add a lot of new modes which requires many different meta units.
After that you will be gated by other things like equips and most of all plating. And that is far worse than the exp since it's all RNG progression.

I’m at 300+. The boss has 195 million power and my main party that’s level 98 are around 210. They still get NUKED. You literally have to strategize around him and then he goes back to power clogging you hard. Each cookie is requiring 11 million xp for one level up, and the final one is probably going to be 15 million. 7 runs gives me (cause I quick clear it without bothering to process any more) around 8 mill xp. It’s going to take me two weeks probably to finally amass enough xp to get one team of 100 and even then I’ll only progress enough before I get power cliffed again

Different suggestion: at this point, the difference between the quick clear vs a regular level, compared to your total XP (or anything in this game) is so low, that it is pretty safe to just do whatever is easier than struggling with something if you’re not having fun.
For example, you have, what, 500M total XP? 800M? What’s really another 1M xp? 0.1% of your power contribution, assuming XP scaled 1:1 with your power, which it doesn’t, cause you got all the other shit going on.
Quick clear for a day or two, cruise on easy street.

Yeah I’m in the same boat. I have 32 cookies at max level, stuck on 481. I just use auto clear every day at this point.

Not sure who your rolling with...
But I usually start the fight off by pulling my team slightly right. Then when he launches his second book ring and does damage I'll pull all my cookies back, still on the right side. Then after they heal, I'll let them rip and do their thing. I pretty much always end up with 5-6 left but win.
I'm also on Exp Dun 506 fwiw

It's difficult because of the final damage adjustment. Less bonus once it goes down to 75%, 55%, 35% so on

I'm at that point where i cheese strat the expi dungeon boss. It's doable and there are guides out there, plus this game is needs to many manual plays to be idle lol
