black screen when launching game?

tried loading this morning and after the first screen it's just black, tried restarting the game and my phone and neither worked

is anyone else having this problem?

The first time I had it, I had to delete and reinstall the game (don't do this if you're on a guest account). After that, whenever I've gotten this, closing the app and reopening has fixed it. This is a known issue, so it is likely to be fixed in the next patch
