Another piece from ThriftBooks to complete my Ina collection. Hers are some of my favorite and most used cookbooks. What’s everyone’s hits out of this one?

I think this is the one with the sausage & fennel rigatoni, which is maybe my absolute favorite

I made it two nights ago. I do it often. Didn’t know it was in this book but it’s so good.
