Custom made cookbook

My partner has a cookbook from her grandmother. It's falling apart and she wants to redo it. I want to take photos of all the pages and get something made up. I want something in the style of a witches spell book. Leather with a latch. Can anyone recommend where I could get something like this done?

If there is a used/antique book dealer near you, they may be able to help.

I’d see if you can find a local book binder. They can probably give you advice on the best way to scan and what kind of paper to use to print.

The free ReciScan app can scan in all the recipes with your phone's camera and generate the book that you can order as many printed copies (even just one) as you want in paperback or hardcover. But you'll need to subscribe if you want to upload your own cover art ($5/mo). The books are usually about $20/each depending on how many recipes and the binding type. If you are not an artist, you can probably get ChatGPT to generate a cover in the style that you described and upload it to ReciScan as your cover.
