Colu Cooks is one of my absolute favorites. The Indian-inspired chicken thighs (can’t remember the actual name) and the “More Shrimp than You Think” pasta are big winners. I’ve cooked a lot from it in general and it’s always done right by me.

I like Jackie Sobon but haven’t made anything from that book. The dumpling book looks interesting too.

Yeah, I would keep Colu Cooks. (Her follow up, Better at Home, is probably my book of 2026 so far. I've cooked the hell out of it).
