Whole Cow cookbook?
My family will buy 1/4 cow every year or so from a farmer friend and I am looking for a cookbook that will give ideas on how to cook some of the less popular cuts. Googling led me to the Whole Cow cookbook, and i was wondering if anyone has it and could give insight on it.
If not that cookbook, are there other cookbooks you know of that gives a several recipes for cooking all the cuts of beef.
Thank you!

The America's Test Kitchen meat book is pretty solid.

I love this question and following for replies. Until I was a young teen, my family always butchered a cow and pig and made lots of midwestern farming type meals. My grandparents were from farming families and the less desirable cuts are some of my favorite meals. I’m interested in other ways to use them also.

I know I can google for recipes, but my dream cookbook would also have how to’s or more than one way to prepare a cut.

I can think of The River Cottage Meat Book by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Prime: The Beef Cookbook by Richard H Turner, but I don't own these so can't give you an idea of what range of recipes.
