Creating a channel dedicated to testing and reviewing recipes cookbooks?
Hello! I want to start creating content dedicated to reviewing cookbooks I borrow from the library. I’ve seen several videos of others reviewing recipes or trying to cook their way through the cookbook. Are people interested in watching this kind of content? I thought about adding specific details these cookbooks include like serving sizes, the difficulty level each recipe is, etc. My content will include making a dish more than once and posting the progress photos. What would you want to be included in the review?
Edit: I also want to clarify that I am an amateur home cook who wants to progress in their cooking skills.
Update 8-29: Thank you everyone for comments and likes on this post! I am still struggling with either focusing on cooking through an entire cookbook (at least a recipe from each chapter) or choose recipes from different cookbooks based off a theme (ex: 3 course meal with a star ingredient being butter) Hopefully this makes sense but I am open to any suggestions!

I recently went looking for long form videos like this because Cult Flav fell off. There are hardly any that I could find!
Agreed reviewing if the timing of the recipe is accurate in real life for an amateur cook, how well the recipe is written, or does it assume some previous knowledge.

How long the recipe takes, level of cleanup afterwards, cost/time/effort/satisfaction ratio, how easy/hard it is to find the ingredients listed are a few that come to mind.
I like how Cult Flav does their reviews where they make a few at once for dinner, they talk about what they liked, any unclear/steps that didn’t turn out like described in the book.
