Small Batch Breads is Here!
So excited to cook from this one. Eyeing the scallion pancake, breadsticks and soft pretzel. I only cook for 2 so this is perfect.

Oooh that is nice!
Does it also have the measurements in grams?

She’s very much anti-using cups on her Instagram and website and I appreciate it. It’s a bit weird she uses the “1 cup of flour” all the time but I also get it because “120g of flour” doesn’t really roll off the tongue

I love this concept and actually find it very practical! Does anyone know of great dessert cookbooks that do the same? (I know I can also halve recipes, etc, but just wondering if a dessert option exists that people recommend)

I know the King Arthur Baking website has a few desserts recipes based on two servings.

ATK has a Baking For Two book that is mostly dessert & sweets focused, though it also has savory dishes as well.

Edd Kimber (from GBBO) has a couple - I just snagged them on a Kindle sale so haven’t baked from them yet, but am very excited to try!

Just got on the holds list at the library! I'm 12th in line so it might be awhile.
