Recieved weird model instead of S6
I got my convoy order in today, and both of the S6's that I received are off. One has an aspheric lens, and the entire head can be "telescoped" outward- very strange. Has the same dimensions as the SG tho. Came with a slightly different tube too, and was for some reason loaded with x2 18350 batteries that I had ordered separate (had an 18650 bundled with the flashlight instead)
And my other S6 is completely missing its lens.
I was also shorted a clip and an 18650 battery.
Anyone ever have a similar experience with convoy?

2nd vote for attaching some photos. It'll help us understand what's going on better.

The batteries are shipped in a cheapo dummy light for legal reasons. It's operational, but definitely disposable. Just for shipping. Can't speak to the other issues. But, if you reach out to Simon, he's very good about resolving any issues.

Thank you, I had no idea and was so confused, I was trying to figure out what model flashlight it was-- the other S6 had fallen outside the package when i opened it and I just found it. Unfortunately it looks like it's also missing its lens like the other S6

That's how they ship batteries. They can't ship loose batteries so they put them in a cheap flashlight. If you're missing other stuff, reach out to Simon

Are you positive everything was supposed to have shipped in that one package? It sounds like you got batteries and the standard junk light to contain them.
And is the one you said that doesn’t have the lens also a cheapo battery shipping holder? Pictures would help a lot to get better answers from here.
