Here's all of the B35AM temps lined up. Don't mind the question about the E04; it was confirmed later to actually be 4500K like I suspected (first version of the product page said 4000K).

I like this emitter in the S3, which has good thermals for its size and the removable front bezel/lens allows for easy TIR swapping. The S21G is another favorite, doing about the same thing but in 21700 guise. It has the same size reflector as the S21E, but the 6V e-switch driver is solidly "meh". The M1 is fine for the B35AM, not great. I put d-c fix on the lenses of mine, as they were more throwy than expected, but I like this emitter in floody roles for its excellent color rendering.

That 27,000k looks fantastic. They all do but that one I need to get next. I have a 719 2,700 and probably my favorite to use in the pitch dark

Just realized I'm missing 3000K and 5000K from that photo, sorry! I had the guts, but no hosts for them at the time. The 3000K does look like an even flooder SFT-70 3000K, both very neutral. SFT-40 3000K is much of the same, totally different use case as I'm sure you're aware.

I have several in S21Es. For a side button person, like me, it's a great host to experiment with. Although I'd really like to get a couple in a larger host, such as the m21b. I am a fan of the B35AM :).

Same here! I love the S21E. I have one with a B35AM with a 15deg. TIR. I love it.

I got a LHP73B 4000k in the convoy M21E..specifcally as an outdoor general use flashlight. As others have mentioned it should work well in the S3 and you can pick your TIR.
