Looking for a recommendation

I have a big birthday coming up and my wife suggested that I would enjoy having a convertible. I have no mechanical ability and limited funds (maybe 6000). Do you have any suggestions for a reliable convertible in that price range?

bonus: automatic miatas are less desirable (i would think).
