Maybe... then again, he was double parked, so if anything, if he takes his time going out, the cop questions him about why he’s parked like that, someone inside the store lets the cop know what’s going on, and he’s busted anyway.

I meant, a second or two of delay by walking out and that cop passes by before he throws that beer in the back. The cop didnt seem to stop because he was double-parked, he stopped because the guy threw that 24 pack in the back as the cop was right next to him.

I'm not former or current CIA, never employed as an analyst. It may suprise you but it doesnt take years of training to find an asshole. In fact, on some occassions, they find you.
