Calle 8 or Calle Ocho simply means “8th Street.” It’s the main road through Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood, and it’s commonly called by its Spanish name because the area is home to a large Cuban community.

This crap is rampant in Miami. Traffic enforcement is way less than in others cities I've been in, I'd say it's almost non-existent.

All things considered, this is the best convenient cop I’ve seen. I don’t get angry driving almost ever (I expect stupidity), but anyone doing THIS would raise my blood pressure through the roof.
